The shop damaged my rims doing a basic tire installation which will now require the rims to have to be replaced and neither the assistant manager Cade or the store manager Wally know what to do when they damage a customers car. They even Installed one directional tire the wrong way on my rim which I will have to have fixed by a more competent shop. Not to mention the extreme body odor and filthy dirt/grease marks left inside my vehicle. I was even the 1st appointment of the day! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the lowest the scale goes. DO NOT LET THIS STORE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Update: Goodyear started a claim to repair the damage to my vehicle but its been a month of me emailing/calling and I cannot get any response from them on my claim to get the damage repaired. Goodyear is horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
