After arranging for a car rental three weeks in advance, we called that morning to confirm our 11 am pickup. We were told the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until 12:30. We arrived at 12:45 to find no vehicle available. “Joe” at the service desk said he would deliver a vehicle to our home later that afternoon. We called shortly after 5 pm, as no car had been delivered and they were closing at 6 pm. We were put on hold for an extended time and the call was eventually “disconnected”. We called back repeatedly with no answer at the facility. We then contacted enterprise main office and were promised that a vehicle would be delivered to our home the next morning by 8 am. Again, no vehicle delivered and no call from enterprise. After two days of frustration with enterprise, we were fortunate to talk with Keith at the HERTZ Pioneer Park Peoria office and had a vehicle within minutes.
