He called and kept me informed about their cars and waiting on them to come in, after they were delayed, he not only kept my rate I was quoted for, but gave me a better vehicle they had in stock for the same price rate! Overall, the whole thing was painless and the customer service was excellent. Not only will I use them again, but I will also suggest them to anyone else who needs a rental!
