Evan & Michael were a pleasure to work with and took care of my needs with the upmost professionalism. I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. My recent trip in a nut shell, ordered tires that were delayed due to the holiday, Micheal went above and beyond and made some calls which resulted in me getting the work completed earlier then expected. It's really nice to be able to walk into a place and receive great customer service every time. Two vehicles with various work done on both over the last couple years. Highly recommend this location.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided to me at this location. Michael and the team are honest people; I needed my tires to be balanced and they found that one tire didn't need the service, eventhough they worked on the tire, they still didn't charge me for it. I appreciate their honesty and quality of work.

Came here last weekend cause I knew it was time to get my brakes done and saw they were running a special for Black Friday. Figured I’d give them a shot. We ended up doing all rotors and pads and two tires, took about 5 hours to get it all done which isn’t an issue, it was a lot of work. Ever since however, whenever I apply my brake, my entire car now jerks forward/shakes. If I’m at a higher speed, it jerks/shakes faster. If I’m doing a lower speed, it’ll slowly lurch forward till I come to a complete stop. I called during the week and explained the issue, I was told to bring it in so the mechanic can look at it. I asked if I could come on the weekend and was told it was fine. Got sick on Saturday so went on Sunday after cleaning the recent snow we received. Got there around 1pm, told the person at the counter what was happening, and was told they’re too busy to deal with it. I should have came earlier. So now it’s my fault the job wasn’t done right the first time? He said I should have made an appointment to bring it in. I said I called and was told to just come by. He shrugged and said that he’s got two brake jobs to do and one of the guys hasn’t taken a lunch. He told me that the warranty was nationwide, so I should take it to Countryside. So clearly this location doesn’t want to stand by their work. I called Countryside and they said they were busy, but they’d definitely at least take a look to see what the cause was. I headed over and the only thing they could find was that one of the hoses to the caliper wasn’t installed correctly. They were able to fix it for me, which I’m grateful for, but this didn’t fix the issue. The car continued to jerk/shake the entire drive home. Now I have to wait till I recoup some of what I paid so I can take it to my usual mechanic and get it fixed correctly.
