Furthermore, I was not notified by the employee regarding any expiration of this service. The pricing of the tires was excessive, and the customer service was subpar. I will not be utilizing the services of this organization again due to these inconsistent practices.

For a very simple nail in my tire, they refused to fix it and said it’s unsafe. The staff members were very nice to me though and they said it’s not up to them. It’s a facility policy to not fix these kind of nails, although it can be done. The nail was completely on the body not on the side as you can see in the picture. Literally stealing money from you all convincing you to have to change your tire which means the other tire has to also be changed which costs a couple of hundred dollars instead of fixing it for 10$ at Costco. They bumped air into my tire and gave it back to me and I of course took it to a local car dealer who fixed it for me for no cost. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH FLAT TIRES WITH THEM AND DON’T CHANGE YOUR TIRES IF THEY TELL YOU BEFORE YOU GET A SECOND HONEST AND TRANSPARENT OPINION

The very friendly Michael really explained everything actually going on with my car in a way I could easily understand. I explained the urgency with which i needed to fix my car as i use my car for work (and i was down financially too). I was given a great service. Although they found additional related problem while fixing my car, they still fixed it too without any additional cost after already giving me an amazing quote to fix my car. This is a shop i can actually depend on. Wish i found this place earlier.
