- NPNicholas PDec 6, 20251.0This was my first time coming here, I would not ignore the negative reviews about this place. I came here to see if they can fix my flat tire since it just happened. The bigger guy at the register rudely said, I could leave it there and they will get to it at 3 PM. One they only had two customers there so it was not that busy. Two it does not take 7 hours to fix a flat. I drove the extra 7 mins to Discount Tire. They were way busier than Just Tires, but they took me in. There was only an hour waiting time. Just Tires may be closer but the service is abysmal. These guys are very lazy.

I made the change to do so and learned the compressor didn’t have a gauge to measure pressure. So I drove across the street to Just Tires. Patrick was a dear and a gentleman. He graciously filled my tire and in fact checked all 4 tires for FREE. I offered to pay. I shared i was headed to Schaumburg and he warned me of an accident. Very kind! The world needs more good old fashioned customer service. We have had great experience in the past with this Just Tires when we had a flat or leaky tire as well. Highly recommend this location for your tire needs.
