I went in for help with my SilverRock claim, but the receptionist, Sue, was extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. I provided my information, yet she acted as if nothing was on file for me. I sent the required email multiple times, but she continued to say she never received it, which caused unnecessary frustration. Her attitude was unwelcoming and reflects poorly on the company. Gerber Collision needs someone friendlier and more professional at the front desk. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

- ABAnita BaylovskiAug 31, 20251.0ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars, I would. This is without question the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. I had to bring my car back six times — and each time something else was broken or done wrong. The trunk lid still leaked after multiple “repairs,” the bumper kept popping off, hardware was missing, and parts were left broken. They even glued my rubber trunk seal on crooked — who does that?! The paint job was just as bad. Instead of repainting and blending the back properly, they dabbed random spots that peeled off almost immediately. Now my car is rusting because of their sloppy work. The manager is defensive, rude, and refuses to accept responsibility. He does not listen to female customers at all. The paint buffing is terrible, the bumper clips are broken, and nothing is aligned correctly. Every time they “fix” one thing, another problem shows up. Save your car, your time, and your money — this place is a complete disaster. Btw all the pictures are done "After" the repairs 🤷♀️
