As a veteran road warrior of 25+ years, I've rented from countless branches between all the major rental providers (mostly Enterprise 😉) but this particular Lemont location is unparalleled in it's consistently stellar customer service, vehicle offerings & overall great people to work with. I've been helped by DIEGO (apologies if spelling is off!) multiple times over last 1-2 years -- this gentlemen & the remaining team members are what keeps me coming back for business. I hope Enterprise stays a private company & keeps the focus on people, real talk!
