    Brought my wife’s car in to get new tires, mounted, and balance and pre-purchased through online, when I pulled in following my wife and she walked in to talk with the service rider and drop the keys off. She was rudely spoken to and told the tire choice would not fit her car even after she nicely told them previously over the summer we had lifted her jeep 2 inches and the tire choice was picked based off the lift specs. After her letting me know that he was rudely talking to her and did not want to do the work. I had proceeded to come inside and tell him everything that was done to the car. This is the tire size that will fit. I’ve previously tested them, and there was no issue with my tire size choice. He rudely replied he’ll do it anyways if they rub it’s my problem. I let them do the work in three hours later. Got a call to pick it up after I was the only car in the entire shop. When doing my last signature for the invoice of repair, he told me they rub they don’t fit. You got the wrong size. I kindly walked out before signing anything looked at them check clearances, and asked them to go for a test drive after as I noticed, my car was never driven on the roads or even a mile put on it. He denied and said he could not do that so I signed took my car and left. I have zero issues with my vehicle or the way it drives nor handles. You guys really need to get a service advisor or somebody in the front office who actually knows what they’re doing instead of trying to upsell people on parts. They are trying to get away from.

    I called multiple times yesterday trying to speak with a mechanic about my car, and each time the lady who answered said he would call me back, but he never did. Really disappointing communication and customer service. If this is how they handle potential customers, I won’t be taking my car there.

    almost every male worker here is extremely unprofessional & sexist. every single time my mother or I bring our cars here, they try to lie to us telling us we need to pay more than originally told and then when we refute it they say they want to speak to the father/husband bc HE will know more about the situation than us. embarrassing and waste of time. never go here

    AVOID at all cost. My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with this place. My husband's car broke down after work last Tuesday. We called to see if we could tow here since the were open late even though it was far from our home. They said we could come in as they were open until 7pm. We arrived at 6:30pm to find the place closed. We called the service line and they said we could leave the key and we would have an appointment at 8:30am. The next day they let my husband know the located the part with the issue and they would get it in that day. Fast forward to 3 times of getting the "wrong part" and us being without our car for multiple days they let my husband know the car was fixed and ready for pickup. We drove out Saturday morning (45 min drive with a sick child) to find out the car now has a NEW issue and wont accelerate over 5mph. When we went back in to ask them to look they refused saying they were shorthanded. The man (Michael) behind the desk was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and refused to help us or work with us at all and sent us all the way home. They never looked at our car the rest of the weekend. We had to call multiple times, call corporate and make multiple threats before the finally looked at the car and fixed whatever THEY broke on it. One week later, lots of frustration, time lost on our end and we finally got the car back. Also to find they disabled my husband's key fab. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. The man there is a bully and an awful person! I would never wish this to happen to anyone else - just stay away!!!
