I live right down the road from this location and the manager came and jumped it for me! I understand AutoZone doesn’t typically go offsite for service so I was incredibly impressed and grateful for their help. I drove my car right over and they replaced my battery right outside the store. Thank you!!

He was in the middle of helping me and the manager Lenard Hamilton was being very rude and aggressive towards him and other employees yelling at them and putting them down. Very unprofessional I will take my business elsewhere due to him and I’m am surprised that none of the employees have quit on him with the attitude he gives them. He either needs to be fired or needs to find a new job were he works alone.

- MJMinny JayJul 3, 20255.0I had a bad experience at the AutoZone in Countryside where the manager was misleading and dismissive, and he allowed the employee who sold the brakes and rotors to me (did not inform me it doesn't come with hardware) to called me "confused." I reported it to corporate, and the district manager Antonia personally apologized and tried to make it right, which she kindly arranged the visit to this Downers Grove store. When I went in, Santiago was welcoming, informative, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. Both his & Antonia's professionalism turned a bad situation into a much better one. Thanks to Antonia and Santiago for making it right.
