Two separate stores would not replace worn out ceramic brake pads which clearly stated lifetime warranty on the box. Their reason was that they had been exchanged once before. The vehicle was a 15 year old pickup with over 225,000 miles on it, and the purchases were recorded in their computer. Talked to the store manager, who wouldn't budget on the issue. Just seems wrong to me. Just seems wrong
