- ISInspire SuccessNov 16, 20251.0Poor customer service. My check engine light started blinking so I stop at the nearest auto store which happened to be this location. I walked in, there were two employees working behind the counter one was already assisting a customer and the other was available. I told the guy what the issue was and proceed to tell me to pull my car in front so we can check the codes to the vehicle. It took less than a minute to pull my car in front so I waited for him to come outside to assist me but instead got on a phone call and left me waiting outside for over 20 minutes. At this point I just ended up leaving because I thought theres no way in hell this guy just left me hanging outside for over 20 minutes while he continues to talk on the phone while he already agreed to assist me. Its people like this why I never return to the same location.

It doesn’t matter because Angel is the epitome of customer service and excellence. I walk in to grab my online order to a smiling face ready to help. I come back a few hours later with a customer experience CHALLENGE. Not by choice.. who wants to do repairs twice? Angel handled my situation like he wrote the book on customer retention. Give this man a raise before someone else takes him away from this location. Thanks angel!!
