- DDdmtJan 12, 20261.0Very poor customer service tonight . Refused to return a gasket that was not used still with the bag.,ididnt fit. He was looking at me all crazy like I'm trying to pull something for a 6.00 gasket . Then I had a belt to return that was the wrong one given to me and maybe im wrong but I thought if you use your phone number when you purchase in store cause of perks rewards that they can look up your purchase by phone number . He proceed to tell me no he can't... then he put phone number in and honestly I've purchased plenty from this location but nothing. at all came up not even my name came up. I think he did it on purpose. He had n attitude. When I first walked there was noobe there at all . I will be calling corporate You dont treat people the way he did. Instead of me get upset by him.. I choose to leave . I will never buy anything from this location again because of the way he was.
- ISInspire SuccessNov 16, 20251.0Poor customer service. My check engine light started blinking so I stop at the nearest auto store which happened to be this location. I walked in, there were two employees working behind the counter one was already assisting a customer and the other was available. I told the guy what the issue was and proceed to tell me to pull my car in front so we can check the codes to the vehicle. It took less than a minute to pull my car in front so I waited for him to come outside to assist me but instead got on a phone call and left me waiting outside for over 20 minutes. At this point I just ended up leaving because I thought theres no way in hell this guy just left me hanging outside for over 20 minutes while he continues to talk on the phone while he already agreed to assist me. Its people like this why I never return to the same location.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
