- BIBrandy I4 days ago5.0I came to this location because of the reviews. I was offered a bottle of cold water when I pulled in. The gentlemen were kind and informative. Found out my dip stick was broken. They don't sell them so it wasn't a gimmick just genuine information. I got the high mileage full synthetic oil which was the same price I've paid everywhere else. They were a little more noisy underneath than I am used to. Found out I need another part. They were so helpful. I checked out and received air freshener...a nice touch for sure. Great experience.

I stopped in to get antifreeze put into my car, the technician opens the hood and tells me he had a harder time opening which I know because my frame on my car is bent so when my hood got replaced it doesn’t pop like the normal hood you have to pull it up and unlatch it. He gets the hood up which was perfectly fine and latched when I arrived. He grabs a bottle of antifreeze and puts it my car he noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was low too so he added more. He closes the hood (well that’s what I thought) comes over to the car and tells me I’m good to go and my hood was broke I explained to him it wasn’t you just have to make sure it’s down and latched to the latch. I leave and get on the expressway 2 mins later my car starts overheating why I don’t know and I just got antifreeze unfortunately so as I’m trying to merge over to stop the car the hood flys back and busted the windshield. He never latch the hood back on he just put the hood down, also my car is still overheating …. Go under the hood he never put antifreeze in the radiator he put antifreeze in the overflow
