  I am highly impressed with the 2 women there I encountered with due to making a purchase also returning an item with receiving a rebate I call it for 23 bucks, normally walking in a place of business usually is that one person with a nasty attitude about them selves did I receive? No I did not I am very grateful for the professionalism that was thrown my way makes my heart happy to see that it still can be done thanks lady’s I truly appreciate your hard work in helping hand for customers that are in need of assistance. Also I wanna say thank you to the manager for stepping in while assisting one of the young lady’s with my needs. Thanks for bringing my battery to the car I truly appreciate that I was extremely tired that day in you made my day complete. Thanks again everyone see you soon !!

  Customer service at this place is very bad. Need to be improved ASAP. Do not go here go to the one on 147 and Halstead or 159th and wood great customer service

  I showed up at 7:50pm, store is supposed to close at 8pm and the door was already locked. When I looked through the window and asked the associate to let me in she said they were closed already. Very upset that they still had ten minutes to do their job and they refused to.

  They were great, I had a back light that they installed around April that went out and they replaced it with no problem, Thank you so much.
