  I had a great experience renting a car from the Dixon Enterprise. They provided me a 2025 Hyundai Sonata and it was a great ride! The rental was through an insurance claim and the staff at Dixon Enterprise were really quick and attentive to get me set up in a rental and corresponded well with my insurance carrier. I believe the staff member's names are Luke and Bry, but they were extremely courteous!

  rented the car for 2 months. Was a few days late on extending and when I went to the office. The ended the contract and wouldn't let me continue. There was no notification. There was no plan. They left me stranded in another town. Thanks so much.

  The manager luke called me several hours after I left the rental, from a number that was not the enterprise in dixon il, at abra body shop claiming that the rental had hail damage. He stated that he sent me an email with photos that showed the damage. It took several hours for me to get the email. It consisted of one blurry photo that could have been any vehicle and the damage was not consist with hail and it did not occur when the rental was in my possession. He kept asking for my insurance info and said there was reports of hail 2 and a half hours away from my location so it could have hailed. There was no reports of hail in my area at all. I feel this is insurance fraud attempt and am very uncomfortable with the situation. I have rented vehicles plenty of times and this is just unacceptable. Look at the photo below this is not hail damage.

  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise of Dixon. Luke exemplified the epitome of customer service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! 10/10 would absolutely rent here again!
