They will not stand by their customers and like to hang up on you when you call. They lie to your face saying they will take care of the problem and then call you. They don't call you back and are very disrespectful. Take your vehicle to your dealer to have anything done to your car, or your gonna get stuck paying thousands more!

The oil change got done, they vacuumed one floor mat (driver), didn't touch the break fluid, which should've been checked and topped off, didn't touch the transmission fluid, which should've been checked and topped off. I made sure to check thoroughly for leaks before topping them off myself afterwards. The passenger side front floor mat was admittedly messy, and I don't expect them to deal with that, but the back seat floor had 1-2 things that could've been thrown on the seat for them to vacuum, but it was ignored. It really defeats the purpose of paying for all this if I have to go back through and double check for and fix the things they cut for time, hence the two stars; I won't be going back. If you give them a try make sure to double check their work as soon as you can after it's completed.
