- DBDavid Burrow5 days ago5.0Had a great experience with Probst Auto Body on a tough situation with our Yukon Denali. We had a buck run into the rear quarter panel… Our insurance initially sent us a small claim check to have our vehicle fixed. Probst informed us of the deeper damage that was actually caused which caused a much higher claim dollar amount causing the vehicle to be “totaled” in their computer system. Due to the amount of money we had in recent repairs I was not happy with this decision, so we had Probst do the repair and they did a great job and warranty it. (Bonus: there was no paint or shop smells in our vehicle which we have experienced with other shops in the past..) From the front office, to the workers/painter in the shop, they took care of everything, answering any questions throughout the process and we are now good to go! They also gave us a quality rental for the entire repair timeline. Will not hesitate to use them again. Well done Probst Auto Body

However I was a little disappointed I had to pay out of pocket due their services going beyond the coverage that insurance was willing to payout. They did offer a rental car service but it included a fee so I did not inquire on those services. The personnel are outstanding, they are very helpful and friendly. Overall I am happy with my positive experience and I like my "free" shirt.
