  They mispelled my name and entered the wrong email address for me. The printer wasnt working so they said they would email the receipt but had the wrong email so I didnt get receipt. I asked them to correct the email so I could get a receipt and they said they cant. The manager just sat in his cubicle and refused to offer help. Total screw up. Im very dissapointed by the way the manager just ignored the situation. He acted like a receipt is unimportant. If they cant even rectify a simple entry mistake and print a receipt, then you wonder how competent can they be working on your vehicle. Stay away from desplaines valvoline. I'll never go back.

  Took my mini Cooper in for an oil change. Everything was going fine until the guy below stripped the screw on my oil pan. He wanted up, leaving me and my wife in the car for about an hour and a half while they tried the secretly plugged the whole underneath the oil pan now I got the regional manager, which is name starts with a J claiming that I didn’t do the right process because I took my car to the dealer to get fixed. He also claimed that it stated on the back of the receipt that I was to let them repair the car first, but I never received a receipt because they never finished the oil change they took my money. They ripped me off and now they don’t wanna pay the $2200 for the mini Cooper to be repaired. all I can say is run run run from this place. The management is ridiculous. This is not a corporate store. It’s a franchise. I recommend do not go to this franchise on Lee Street unless you wanna get ripped off zero stars if possible.

  My daughter took her car over to this place last week for a $100.00 oil change. We had thought the service covered checking all fluids. It appears it didnt. The brake fluid was down to close to the add level and after 2 days, her oil light came on after about 15 minutes into her drive to work. She took it to a repair shop and they hooked it up to the computer which stated the oil level was low. We checked it and It was 3/4 down. No sign of leaks. We added a quart to get her by and She called the "Hot Line". They told her to bring the car back to that location. She was hesitant as she didnt have the greatest experience there the first time! There was one closer to us but they were insistent that she bring it back to original store. She did, and as expected, they said everything was "fine". In my opinion nothing was really done in the first place. I've added a picture of the oil after 1 week of use. Doesn't look like new oil to me. I would not recommend this location.
