I called a competitor instead. More expensive but I'm stuck on the side of the road and don't have time to waste. Solomon was great but they just proved to be unreliable. Previous review: Wish I could give more stars! First time having to tow my car, and everyone was super pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I called around 3:00 to get information (forgot to get the office gentleman's name, but he was great), called back not long after, and was able to schedule a tow for 5:15. Solomon was right on time, brought me with my car to the mechanic, we chatted and laughed during the drive, and he offered to give me a ride home after that. After an extremely stressful day of my brakes going out, getting their help today was comforting, and I would not hesitate to reach out to them again!
