In my experience, this place feels like the kind of shop that does the bare minimum, cuts corners, and leaves you with bigger problems so you’re forced to come back and spend even more money. Absolutely the worst. Avoid this place at all costs.

I came in for a standard oil change and ended up being told I had to pay extra because the oil filter cap was “stuck.” Funny — no other mechanic has ever flagged this as an issue. And guess what? Whether it’s stuck or not, removing it is part of a basic oil change. That’s literally the job. But instead, they used it as an excuse to charge more — a total upsell scam. Ended up paying over $300. I trusted Jiffy Lube, and my family has been using them for years — but this experience has completely shattered that trust. This location made up their own rules, overcharged me for a job that should’ve been routine, and then dismissed my concerns when I tried to address it. If you’re not mechanically inclined, beware: this place will take advantage of you. They rely on customers not knowing any better so they can pad the bill. Shame on this franchise and shame on Jiffy Lube corporate for letting them operate like this. I’ll never return — and if you value your time, money, or sanity, you shouldn’t either.
