  Gerber Collision is outstanding! Rene and Mia were incredibly kind and professional, and the boys in the shop did flawless work. My car looks brand new — perfect paint, perfect repair, and even detailed inside. Fast, honest, and truly caring team. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

  They did an a great job fixing the exterior that needed to be fixed. The only thing is I'd recommend you take out your valuables. I purposely left things a certain way in my middle console and I noticed they were digging through my belongings. Luckily I was smart enough not to leave anything. But there's no reason why my things were searched.

  My gf picked up her car after having it repaired, she had no damage to the interior, why did the workers go through all her things inside the car. She knows this because she had everything in a specific way and they not only did a great job fixing the car, they did a great job going through all her personal belongings and failed to put it back. Good thing she cleared her important belongings. I was the one that told her Gerber is a good place for her to go and get her car fixed. I won't recommend them again, learned my lesson. Make sure you take anything valuable or your car, when you leave your car for service, they will go through your personal belongings.

  I left my vehicle with them on 7/30/25 to fix damages from a fender bender accident (5k with parts and labor total) and they kept pushing the completion date back which is now 9/18/25. I can't even get a hold of someone to talk to unless they reach out to me - which is once every blue moon, not like 2x a week as they promised. When I try to call, I get send around to different places, only to get disconnected. My service advisor told me that my car requires a part that needs to be pulled up to get the bumper to fit and have sent my car to a different location that is now waiting to "rent" a part that goes on the crane to "pull the car." If they didn't have the equipment to fix my car, they shouldn't have taken my car! This feels very dishonest since this was disclosed to me only after I asked. And this should have been no news to Gerber especially because the part that needs to be pulled up is sitting right by the hood. They really don't take the time to explain things to you. I've had my bumper replaced elsewhere before and it was never as difficult as with Gerber. Car accidents are always a surprise but my repair shouldn't be. Go with CDE Collision instead.
