  The 350 kW charging station isn't working—as usual! Nothing ever changes! The charging station—the one on the far right named "Ellott"—wasn't working via the app! I had to use my card, and it only started working on the third attempt. Be so kind as to rectify the situation. It is your money, but our time! Thanks....

  350 continuously out of service. Dual chargers should be set up with the CCS and CHAMdeMo vs 2 of the same. Many users stay above the 120 limit up to over 2 hrs. Often times non EV parked in spots due to location. There should be a cut off and or # to call for the lot towing or enforcement. The app showed finished charging at 1 hr 10 minutes at 70% charge however, vehicle kept charging.

  A fast charger in the EV network that actually worked flawlessly. There were four stations available with only a short wait and it was reassuring to finally find a working fast charger in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
