The customer service at this location is horrible. Everytime I come in here, it's hard to get assistance. I spoke to Brandon at the front desk, and was told to wait 10 minutes. Although there is no one currently in the store at this very moment, not sure what the other employee is doing. Brandon said the other employee was busy. I dont understand the purpose of the two women working here, because I come here often, I never see them asistance, or going outside to check anyone engine. etc.
furthmore I'm currently in the store typing this. the manager Brandon came over and stated, "what are you doing, im busy rights now. I asked him to show me where the sterring fluid was and he pointed at it from a distance. I began to tell Brandon I'm writing a review as we speak because the customer service is terrible in here. This is not the first time I've seen him help people and not others at times. LITERRALY as we are speaking a Hispancic woman come in the store and the other worker helps her. I told Brandon you told me he was too busy to help me As a manager you couldn't have asked him, to help me since first i been in here waiting,. I said so what happened??? he couldn't answer me nor would he He proceeded to tell me "what you want". As if I did not ask for sterring fluid and he pointed at it moments before. He begin cussing, when I asked him "am I bother you" ??? he said "im busy".
when i asked him why was he cussing he told me "Helll is not a bad word". I tone began to change , not one time did I curse at him but he would continue for about 3 minutes after this. .Me telling him about customer service upset him. I asked for my reciept and xontinue to tell him to stop I said "look at you right now, you don't know how to desculate situations He said "do you want this". (reciept) as I did not just ask about my reciept. something seems clearly off with this gentleman, he does not need to be a manger, or working with people, furthermore. blowing his breath when he walked over and all the attitude I witness, All while recording him. I told him I was recording him, he was so upset he continue to curse and made no effext to change his behavior, I was telling him about customer service, but to him it was a shot to his ego. He didnt want to hear the appropriate way to handle something. So I will say how I call it. This auto zone helps a certain race more than they do others. This is not the first time I've seen (brandon) Treat customer differently. Did I mention when I asked him when I came in to help me locate tge sterring fluid container under my car, tge truth came out shortly later he told "its 35 degrees out side. I said "so you can't get a coat. I'm definitely saving this video, and pray he lies about the incident to cooperate.

Philip is a wonderful front end worker here! Great Listener, does exactly what was expected and more. Miguel is very accomodating and they quickly got me situated with a comprehensive issue on my Malibu. Will come here for all future Autozone trips!

Bought a car battery few months ago at this location, I know it has a 3 year warranty. Hadn't use my car for a few months so it didnt turn on, I came back here so they could charge it. 2 hrs later I come back and same guy that helped me said battery is not ready, to come back later. (Meaning he forgot to charge it). I come back and tells me the battery is bad, that I need to buy a new one and he'll give me a $20 discount. I tell him i still have the warranty active, he looks up my account and says theres no transaction of me buying this battery, i show him my credit card transaction which has the date and same battery description, he insists that I must buy a new one or take the old one back, my only 2 options. I take it back and goo to a different Autozone. They search me up, find the battery transaction, battery still has 2+ years of warranty, they swapt it with a new one and I go home happy. I was in shock of how easy it was to exhange my battery at a different location. Someone please tell me why I had to go thru all of this trouble? Hispanic guy, about 5ft 7 inches and many tattoos.
By the way. I waited for someone to contact me as they said within 24-48hrs. Its been more than a week and they didnt reach out to me. So dont bother anymore...
