    Rude lady, manager or whatever she is, I placed order online and picked it up than I realized I got 1 thing wrong, coolant instead for Asian I got europian blue coolant, they are packed similar. Went back to exchange and explained it all, she was claiming that she can't see my order, than miraculously she found it and just pointed her finger to the coolant isle, go get it, saying you took wrong one, I just picked up what I ordered and what was given to me.

    recently visited the Advance Auto Parts store and had a very disappointing experience. As an Advance Auto Parts employee, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. The general manager Rosie was sitting down, taking her time with a return, and seemed disinterested in helping customers. When I asked for assistance, she rudely told me to look at the screen instead of her and even expected me to handle tasks like dumping my own oil. Additionally, she refused to give me her name and told me to stop playing with her, despite me being a customer at the time. I know corporate procedures, but as a customer off the clock, I shouldn’t have to ask for corporate contact information. Customers deserve more respect and attention. What if I had another question? The way she spoke to me was discouraging. I expected much better customer service.

    Terrible service!!!! Had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. My boyfriend and I went in to request a refund, and instead of being helped, we were met with rudeness and hostility from the manager, Rosie. My boyfriend was simply trying to explain the situation when she accused him of making her uncomfortable by “looking at her,” which was completely unfounded and uncalled for. When he asked for the corporate number to escalate the issue, she became very aggressive and dismissive. She flat out refused to provide the number, telling us to “read the receipt” and saying, “I don’t care.” Her attitude was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position. We were also returning used oil, and instead of offering help or guidance, we were told, “You can put it in the back,” with no direction or courtesy. Rosie remained seated the entire time and didn’t even acknowledge us as customers properly. Her lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone who is supposed to set the tone for the store. It’s disappointing to see a company like Advance Auto Parts allow such poor treatment of its customers. Based on other reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones who’ve had a bad experience at this location. I hope corporate seriously reconsiders how this store is being managed. Do better.
