  Such a bad place. Everyone has a room temperature IQ. I ordered tires online prepaid and even called in to secure an appointment. They acknowledged that I ordered tires online and knew I was coming and they told me it would be about 2 hours. They not only back tracked on the appointment, but denied delivery of the tires and said it would take all day to mount tires. I work at a different shop I know for fact it doesn't take more than hour and a half to change tires. Also reading other reviews it looks like they normally do this if you don't buy tires directly from them. This place is nothing but crap excuses. Also why have the main secretary on the phone if she can barely speak English like it took longer than mounting the tires themselves.

  Horrible place!!! Purchased tires online and chose them for install, prepaid and ready to go. Night before received and email reminder about my app. Showed up on time to find out they REFUSED delivery due to lack of space to store them for 2 days!!!! WHY OFFER YOUR SERVICES with online retailers. App was on the 26th, delivery refused on the 23rd....enough time to inform me!!! Not to mention I had to make work arrangements for this app. Best part....at 9 am no one is working, not even there and the guy tells me they are too busy!!!! They open at 7:30 AM. Zero responsibility, Zero help...do what you want. AVOID this place!!!!!

  My frint tired popped and found this olace on mybway. Place was supposed to open at 7:30. Finally ope at 7:45 and was told they will not fixed it until past 10amMaybe. Not even guaranteed. Unbelievable

  I ordered tires and waited for them for more than a week, but when the delivery man brought the tires to this station, they canceled the delivery without coordinating it with me, and I was left without tires.

  Purchased tires that were drop shipped here for installation. Tires were balanced properly and ride very smooth thank you. Customer service definitely not lacking here. All those I spoke with and that had help me were very insightful without being overbearing like some pushy shops can be. Honest integrity, will be back in the future.
