Quick, efficient, and friendly! I had a slow leak in one of my Prius tires. They had the hole plugged (along with a tire rotation) and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. We live in Chicago but this is the place we'll go when we need new tires.

I stopped in without an appointment. I had attempted to get my tires rotated at a different establishment. That establishment could not get two of my tires off. Mavis got all the tires off and completed the rotation. While doing the service one of the technicians noticed a nail in my tire. They repaired my tire at NO charge! So grateful for this company, thank you for going above and beyond.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with mavis. My husband had done all of his brakes himself. His front passenger brake was what we needed to go in for, because a screw was rusted and we couldn’t get it out to change the rotor. So we call mavis, set an appointment to come in at noon, so they can get this screw out and rotor on for us. ON ONE BRAKE. the rest were completed and perfectly done, by my husband. He also asked mavis if they could balance and rotate his front two tires afterwards. We drop his truck off at noon, and get a call it’s ready at 12:47. That’s 47 minutes of labor. They did not provide a single part, that was all my husband. We had to pay them $382 for 47 minutes of labor. $382 to loosen a screw. My husband had already done all of the hard parts himself. so we go to pick up his truck, and i tell the guy at the counter that $300 seems a little steep for loosening a screw. he explains to me that each rotate and balance cost $35 each, which i already understand. I am not complaining about that, I am complaining that it cost $300 to take a screw out. He says there’s absolutely nothing he can do about it costing that much, and gives me little to no explanation as to why it is that much, with a rude attitude. Someone needs to contact us to make this right, because your employee was rude, and your “policies” are ridiculous. It’s absolutely disgusting that you’re trying to take advantage of people like this. I’ll also be going to the BBB if this isn’t made right. this should’ve been $150 MAXIMUM.
