    This weekend was my first time renting from Enterprise, from Friday until Sunday. A family member of mine often rents from them so I thought I'd give it a try. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I let the gentleman know I had a reservation to pick up a car (SUV similar to a Chevrolet). He was very kind. He saw that I had a reservation and asked for my driver's license, proof of insurance, and if the card on file was what I would still be using. He told me that it would be a few minutes for his manager to come back in. When he arrived the gentleman helping me let his manager know that I had a reservation for an SUV, as the manager was walking toward the box where they keep the keys. The manager states we don't have any SUV, I can get you a car or mini van. I ended up telling him I'll just take the car. I had also asked him what the price difference would be, and he tells me it's actually more. I asked him how is the car more then the SUV for the same amount of days. He said he didn't know but he will give me the same price the SUV was. I'm not sure how that makes since. He then started saying you have to sign these papers, and then realizes I completed everything online. He then tells me he is going to be right back because he had to put gas in the car. He comes back in about 3-4 minutes, and calls me outside and says he wasn't able to but gas in the car because their card declined and also said I can return the car with a little gas in it and then said return under a 1/2 or 1/4 in the tank. This experience was not the worst however I don't understand what the purpose of making reservations for a vehicle, with gas, you are not entitled to receive.

    Bit of a wait both times I was in but not bad. Got a brand new suv with 12k miles on it. They gave it to me caked in salt.. i ran it through Ralph's car wash on my dime just to see out of the windows. Maintainence light was on for my whole trip, cruise quit working with another error on the way back into town. No problems other than that. They have no cars available today when I need a rental.

    The employees were incredibly kind and helpful, and the cars were clean and well maintained. They even came to the body shop to pick us up so we could get our rental, and returning the car was just as easy since we left it at the shop for them to pick up. Super convenient! They followed up after the first day to make sure we were satisfied, reminded us when our insurance coverage was ending, and called again after the vehicle was returned. Very customer-centered service from start to finish.
