  They were very unprofessional, rude and racist. Never had such an experience at any other autozone in Illinois......Just had stop due to sudden car failure on the highway.....They literally told me they cant help me with finding the part i was looking for and it was only the spark plug socket.....It took us 10 mins to find it which would have been done under a minute if they helped us...Apart from that they did allow me to check the 10mm socket whether it fits nor confirming it would fit the car....I was like they r not ready to help us nor allowing me to check.........Atlast with no option left i bought couple of multiple things just to make sure it fits..Very disappointed not the experience i was expecting.

  Forgot to post a while ago but came in for some parts and some rubber hose and Jazzmen the district manger helped me with the best service I’ve had in a while. Today I came in and another gentleman helping me just as she did we great service. I will be coming back for sure. Thanks Dekalb AutoZone

  I was assisted by Jazmelinda. Her customer service was A1. She went above and beyond to assist my girlfriend and I, and addressed all of our concerns. Definitely suggest working with her when going to this location.

  While they did have what I needed, it was over-priced and the customer service (this visit) was severely lacking. I've been here before and received good customer service, so I know they can do it. We've all had long, frustrating, and in most customers' cases, an expensive day. Just be pleasant.
