Received a call that we need to buy 2 replacements tires, when the tread was still clearly good for at least another 5000 miles. The rear tires had a lot more tread, thus the reason we wanted the tires rotated. The individual who called actually refused to do the rotation. But they did also try to sell us an alignment. So, will not be going back, and the free rotation is just a setup to try to upsell.
