  Went in for an alignment because my car ever so slightly pulled to the left and want to save my tires. After 3 hours it now pulls to the right worse than it did left before the alignment. Will be going to a different shop in town tomorrow and when I called to schedule my appointment they said they have to fix belle tire alignments all the time. They need a new alignment guy, alignment rack needs recalibrated or new alignment rack all together. Waste of money and I’ll be going back in for a refund tomorrow. Go somewhere else for alignments until the issue is resolved. Good luck

  Very professional!!! Clean and friendly lobby to wait in while you’re there. All the staff were very helpful and kind. I had two bad experiences where my tire stem was ripped off in the car wash on Pershing. I went right over to belle and Stephanie Srycle and her Friendly staff got me taken care of in a short amount of time which was appreciated !!! I was back on the road in no time. They even put my spare tire back in its holder. I’ll DEFINITELY be Taking my vehicle there for my tire needs.

  We just cannot recommend this place at all. It has nothing to do with the employees. It has everything to do with the quality of product the business is selling. We purchased four new tires ($790) for our minivan from Belle Tire and had them installed bu Belle Tire on April 8 2024 (17 months ago). These are listed on the invoice as 80k mile tires. We had the van aligned after the install at the place they suggested. We have driven the van about 36k miles since then. Two of the tires are bald. Not wore down. Not a little smooth. BALD. The other two tires have only a little remaining tread. We don't drive crazy. We don't go through crazy road environments (it's a minivan). We went into a different tire shop. They thought the same thing we did; maybe the alignment is bad and caused the accelerated wear issue. We replaced all four tires with this other shop for another $750. I took the vehicle for alignment today. It didn't need alignment because it wasn't out of alignment. So....the only other conclusion I can come to is that the tires we were sold by Belle were just bad quality. Should I have returned to Belle and had them honor the 80K mile expectation? Maybe. But my family rides in this vehicle and I am not interested in taking the risk on tires that are this poorly made. I will stick with my old shop that I have used for the last twenty years. I should not have tried the "new place in town."

  Would absolutely not recommend this shop to anyone! I took my car in to get all new tires, a few days later, my tire pressure light came on. After inspecting the tires (and finding nothing wrong with them) I took it back to Belle. Side note: I've never had a faulty tire sensor. They were perfectly fine before I had my tires replaced. They checked the sensors with their reader & proceeded to tell me that all of them were bad and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $120 per sensor... Another shop quoted me only $85. It is quite obvious that they had either damaged my sensors or did something wrong in the process. Extremely disappointed with this company and service. They will lie to your face... save your money and time and go anywhere else but here.

  I ordered tires online through the Belle Tire website. I scheduled an appointment to have them installed on Thursday afternoon. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the tires never came in. No one called me prior to my arrival to tell me that my appointment needed to be changed. I rescheduled and came in again. I waited an hour past my appointment time in the store only to be told that the tires which Belle Tire told me would fit weren’t the right size. I had to purchase other tires which more expensive than the originals. I would not recommend this store.
