  I’ve been a repeat customer and recently had a disappointing experience that made me question continuing my business here. I scheduled an appointment for struts and shocks a week in advance because parts needed to be ordered. On the day of my appointment, I received a promotional email and asked if the offer could be honored for my scheduled service. I was told it could not be applied unless I rescheduled. This was frustrating and made me feel that customer loyalty wasn’t valued. I planned ahead, waited for the parts, and showed up as scheduled, yet there was no flexibility or effort to accommodate a returning customer. The issue wasn’t just about the discount—it was about feeling appreciated and treated fairly. Because of this experience, I am now reconsidering future purchases I had planned, including a full-size spare tire and rim. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers how situations like this impact long-term customer relationships.

  I went in for an alignment because I got new tires. My car was not pulling at all before, after the alignment my car was pulling hard to the right. So I took it in for them to correct it. When I got the numbers back, the after of my first alignment and before of second alignment (1 week later when numbers should have been the same) were completely different. Shown in an image below. Well after my second alignment my car was still pulling to the right and I heard a clunking sound immediately after pulling out of the lot. After a little bit of driving and listening to the clunk, I looked behind my wheel and the locking nut for my tie rods was not even as little as hand tightened. As you can see in the picture below, the blue line from factory should be lined up on the nut. It was completely loose, and the clunking sound was my tie rods moving back and forth since it was not tightened. I called once again and they offered to fix it, but I told them I do not trust to go back and I am not waiting on a refund to redo my alignment else where.

  Came here on 12/12/2025 because my tire came off the rim while driving after not driving it for a few months. They were so sweet and fixed it right up without even charging me for it. I was out the door in minutes. I really appreciated that especially during the holidays.

  Ripped my elderly mother off with a (sensor reset! When calling to talk about issue was put on hold three times. They DONT care!!!!

  Went in for an alignment because my car ever so slightly pulled to the left and want to save my tires. After 3 hours it now pulls to the right worse than it did left before the alignment. Will be going to a different shop in town tomorrow and when I called to schedule my appointment they said they have to fix belle tire alignments all the time. They need a new alignment guy, alignment rack needs recalibrated or new alignment rack all together. Waste of money and I’ll be going back in for a refund tomorrow. Go somewhere else for alignments until the issue is resolved. Good luck
