- GEGrant EllisJun 25, 20251.0Equipment was an absolute disaster. Went through 3 trailers, 1 had a tire hitting the chassis, the next had no brakes and safety was broken, then next had a broken foot and ratchet and I Jerry rigged it to get by and eventually found that the valve stem cap let's the tire go flat by releasing the air. The truck had been wrecked (bumper pushed in like 4 inches). The sides damaged the alignment dangerously out (talking like 15lbs of force to keep it in a straight line) and burned an entire tire up in 700 miles. Not only this the interior had missing and broken vents and the handle on the ramp was broken. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Penske and when I brought it up... Silence. When I called back i get some location in Utah and they refunded the trailer and didn't know jack about the truck issues. I will seriously reconsider working with Penske again after 13 years of loyalty

It should have been full,because I am sure they charged the people for gas who returned it before I drove it. Maybe a little petty on my part, but they certainly did not pay me because I returned it with more gas.
