  This location definitely lacks customer service that’s for sure. Walked in and a lady and a man were behind the counter, both looking right at me, but didn’t acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter and said I would need to get some windshield wipers. The lady said he can help you. I asked how he was since he was just silent he said ok and asked me my car info. He pulled it up on the computer. Told me what size I could use and that they were in the aisle across the way then he continued to go back to his phone. Don’t know why he could have showed me them. Acted like I was interrupting him. I couldn’t find the ones he mentioned so I decided to just leave and go to the auto zone by me because they are so much more helpful and offered to install them. Mind you the store was pretty empty. When I walked out he was still on his phone just leaned over the counter. Definitely not going back to this one. Will say there was a younger man that was helping someone next to him and he seemed to be helpful. Wish he was at the counter when I walked in.

  I had the pleasure to work with Tony and he was very professional and honest. He helped me replace my battery.

  I was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that they did not replace car batteries after the sun went down. Enough said.

  These guys are awesome! I had a dead battery about a half mile away, and walked with my baby to get a new one. Even though I didn't have a commercial account, they had their delivery driver drop it off so I didn't have to carry a battery and a baby all the way back.
