  I had a reservation a month ago for 9:30. They had nicer available when I shower up which made me late for work.

  From the beginning the experience was good. Made my reservation through Costco. Got a good rate! Went to pick up the vehicle and found that Noelle at the office was able to answer all my questions. She also made suggestions based on my situation that helped tremendously. She truly cared that we were able to make the most of our experience. The office was clean, and the vehicle was too. Why would I go anywhere else? I would definitely use Enterprise again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This is one of several times that I reserved a vehicle in advance and there was no vehicle available. I had a major event coming up this weekend. On Wednesday, I was told that I couldn’t pick up the car at noon Thursday because they weren’t unavailable and there may not be any available at 4:30 on Thursday, when I called to pick up the car on Thursday around 4:15 PM I was told that the car that I reserved was not available and The only car available was a compact car. I told him that car would be too small For the things that had to be packed for my trip and then I couldn’t use that car so the gentleman told me that there were two cars coming in before 6 PM and then I would be able to get one of those cars and he would call me at 6 PM when the cars came in. I never got that call as a matter of fact I started calling him at 5:45 and I kept getting a message stating That the store could not take my calls something along those lines. I feel like this is very ridiculous that this is the only rental card company in the Danville area and that we have to put up with this every single time that one of us goes to rent a car I’m disappointed. I think Danville needs more rental car places. I also feel like maybe if enterprise had competition that they would step their game up and do better. I haven’t been able to rent a car from enterprise since 2021 because they never have a car available when I need it. Truly sad, truly disappointing

  I'll 100% never rent a car here (or more like try to) again I made a reservation for a car, made sure it would be all good for the day I had to leave town. Believing I was set, I let time pass until the pick up. When I arrived, i was informed they had *no* cars. The guy at the desk just clicked around and pretended to look for a car before basically telling me there was nothing. No on was helpful or apologetic. Now one day before a trip I was all set to take, I have to try to find another car or not go at all. As this was something I planned MONTHS ago, this is *really* frustrating. To be honest, you'll probably catch me avoiding all Enterprise places in the future. Thanks for nothing.

  I have had good and bad experiences at this location. This last time was the worst one yet. I had reserved an SUV for our family vacation so that we didn’t all have to drive separate vehicles. Enterprise had confirmed my reservation. I called the day prior to us leaving to see if I could pick it up that day so that we could leave out early. I called around 2 pm to find out they didn’t have a vehicle for us nor would they the next day. They had a lack of sympathy for the frustration that it had caused me and my entire family but wanted me to feel sorry for them because of the phone calls they would have to make. If I hadn’t called that day I wouldn’t have known until I drove there to pick it up. Horrible customer experience and to top it off I called the 800 # to customer and asked for a call back twice and did not receive 1 call back.
