    Reserved a car for today with confirmation. Went to pick up the car and was told there were no vehicles. This is a very common complaint with the Danville location. I will never attempt to use this company again, ever.

    They canceled confirmed reservation after confirmed reservation for a week. I called enterprise corporate customer service and Julio said that he would escalate and the escalation team would call me back with options. THEY DID NOT! The employees here do not care. I rent cars all the time for work, this was for personal. Worst experience ever. Enterprise you should be ashamed of the customer experience you deliver. Whoever is running your escalation teams should be on notice. They could have at least called me back and told me to pound sand. Had money wanted to spend it. I will not rent enterprise again. FYI, I will spread the word how bad you all are too, count on it.

    Had an Amazing experience at the Willard Airport Enterprise Rental Office. Austin and Kennedy were awesome and made our experience wonderful. Looking to be back and rent again
