The call NEVER came. Finally, two days later, we were told we could have a car in three days. WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER.

Hey Enterprise you could have helped him get a ride and not leave him stranded in the cold. Have some compassion for paying customers.

They say cars will be available, then have none, and can’t give a single clear answer on when they’ll have anything in stock. Total failure of communication and basic customer service.
