  I had no idea Autozone doesn’t help install batteries anymore. I went to this location, stood at the front, one of the workers walked right past me, didn’t say a word. He walked to the register that was to the left of me and said can I help you. So I walked over to him. Proceeded to tell him my issue, thought it was my battery. He tested it, verified it was the battery. I told him I would like to replace it. The vehicle has a piece of plastic that sits on top of the battery. You pull it off, he had to pull it off to test the battery and jump the vehicle. He said they couldn’t replace it because of the piece on top. I ask him can I remove the piece and they replace it, he says no because it could mess up their computer and I’d be paying for more than the battery. Wow. He did jump it for me and I left. It’s been years since I’ve had to visit an Autozone store, I remember how helpful, friendly they used to be. Yea, not this location. I’m only in town for a few days, this location ruined their reputation in a few minutes.

  The girls where are good help and very polite..had brake caliber go out on my truck 200 miles away from home ..didn't care much for the manager due to changing part in parking lot away from everyone and he come out told me I couldn't change it there when I was already done putting tire back on.. just to remind you I didn't have any brakes what so ever..

  The guys were kinda helpful but the manager Amber ignored her co worker, and Ignored multiple customers. Had a line she walked up to them and then walked away from them without even acknowledging them. I asked her multiple times if she was going to help us and the other customers. This went on for 20 mins. She ignored me completely. Finally after I asked her multiple times if she could help the people getting agitated she FINALLY took them at the register. What manager ignores her customers ?? Horrible. The men helped us out and we had to walk to the back to help look for the part we needed. We didn’t get the part we wanted but at least they tried.The men Didn’t ignore us. Someone needs to do something about this “manager” very unprofessional. Customers were about to just walk out with the product in their hands. The store was dirty and it seems like no one really knows what they are doing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Amber was rude, unprofessional, lazy, and her co worker even said “she needs to get her stuff together”. Everyone has bad days. My car just broke down and I still walked in respectful. Don’t go to this business it is a waste of time.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Autozone gets a bad rep at times. Always friendly and helpful.
