  Worst place I’ve ever taking my work truck to. Brought it there for a brake job a week later nothing has been done to the truck. I called everyday for updates and it felt like it was an inconvenience for me to call and ask. I called Tuesday to see what they came up with they and they haven’t looked at it, I didn’t call Wednesday gave them the benefit of the doubt called Thursday they said it in the shop and they call back with an update, I never got a call back about anything from them. Friday comes I call they tell me they are waiting on parts to come in mail and it might be done Friday might be Monday. Monday comes I call at 10am for an update they haven’t done anything to it and said they might have it done later today I came in person to see what’s going on and they didn’t do a damn thing to the truck just waisted my time and money because that work truck they had for going in 2 weeks is my only means to make money and they just played around with it. I would not recommend this place to my enemy nor anyone I care about. Poor service all around. The final phone call when I called at 10am a whole week later I was told that the only thing needed to be done was the trailer breaks calibrated.

  Cheapest tow service i could find on short notice. They sent a truck out quickly, the driver Ashley went above and beyond. She was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

  I set up a tow the day before to be delivered to another town an hour away no later than 10am. Next day comes and I see at 10am my vehicle is still sitting in the driveway. I called this company to inquire why and find out what’s going on because i just missed my appointment now. The woman that answered the phone was very nice and said there was a miscommunication on timing and they had an truck problem this morning but they had a truck unhooking in Westville right now and I’m next on the list. She gave me a $25 discount on a $625 tow and said they should be there within 45 minutes. I call back an hour later because I had no updates and vehicle hadn’t moved. Whoever the male was that answered the phone was extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him by calling. Tried guilt tripping me saying “isn’t 80 year old people stuck in a ditch more important than your truck that’s in your driveway? We gave you a discount” i agree that someone in distress takes precedence BUT simple communication would have been great. I called back and cancelled! I try to keep business local but their less than professional attitude and lack of communication is astounding. Tatmans was there in 45 minutes from the time I called AND over $100 cheaper. That’s including driving from Chanpaign to Danville then to Decatur. I highly recommend not using this company and exploring other options.
