    These guys are great. Rented a van for a week long trip 2 years in a row. They were helpful, professional and friendly. Renting again this year. Top notch service.

    The manager at the Crystal Lake branch is an embarrassment at best. A majority of my latest rentals have been changed last to cars that typically rent out for a lower rate, but no discount is ever offered. I asked the manager about this today when he called to change my reservation and he simply said “then don’t rent from us next time” and hung up the phone on me. It is also obvious his leadership at this location lacks as there is almost always an issue with my reservation when I show up to pick up a vehicle. Maintenance lights on vehicles, or a strong stench of marijuana have been my latest two experiences. My best advice would be rent elsewhere if able.

    Tommy and the manager at the Crystal Lake Enterprise location were proficient in customer service and their diligence with their pride in their work. If you have an option to select a rental company, or a location, this one is it across the board!
