Always kind, poor, and clear on l about inspections - what needs to be done vs what they recommend. They make sure to explain, in layman's terms, what work needs to be done. They provide local shuttle service to and from Top Notch. Prices are competitive and they see out coupons. Can't recommend them enough- try them out, you won't go anywhere else.

Old fashioned values with a well run operation. Everything is detailed via text prior to work being done which you sign off on. Full pricing is given prior to work. They send great discount coupons frequently!! They also send monetary certificates based on previous sales. Very good pricing!

Not only has the work been done right the first time, every time but the front office staff is amazing too! As a woman, I’ve been talked down to almost every time I’ve gone somewhere else, but never at Top Notch. They explain everything thoroughly and respectfully, and dare I say I even look forward to going there. All the extra little touches make a difference - the waiting area and bathroom are clean, and there’s always drinks and snacks. I was blown away that they offered a loaner car, without me asking and for no extra charge. Thanks Steve, Jose, and everyone else!
