  We’ve been going to Top Notch for the past two years and have had nothing but great experiences. They’re quick, honest about what your vehicle truly needs, and never try to overcharge. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant one.

  Best auto repair I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been here for several different repairs. Not only has the work been done right the first time, every time but the front office staff is amazing too! As a woman, I’ve been talked down to almost every time I’ve gone somewhere else, but never at Top Notch. They explain everything thoroughly and respectfully, and dare I say I even look forward to going there. All the extra little touches make a difference - the waiting area and bathroom are clean, and there’s always drinks and snacks. I was blown away that they offered a loaner car, without me asking and for no extra charge. Thanks Steve, Jose, and everyone else!

  I would give it 0 if it let me but i had my car in for service here and now somehow its at the tow yard why am i in the middle of this, My car was left in trust that it was gonna be fixed there i have nothing to do with whatever you and your employee have going on i was told to go get it today so thats what i did and i go and its at a tow yard. The car was never abandoned it was getting diagnosed i dont understand why you wouldnt even atleast try to get in contact with me. This all just misderected. What do i have to do with this i leave my car there waiting for service and now its at a towyard.

  This is an amazing auto shop. I'm so glad I found them! I was looking for some transmission service; I saw other reviews and thought I'd give Top Notch a try. Their service writers are very friendly and patient. I appreciated the pre-inspection photos and electronic approval process. They were also able to secure me a loaner for a few days, which was a blessing. The stocked snacks/drinks in the lobby are a bonus. My advisor Christina even checked up on us days after the work was completed. We will be back!

  I’m extremely disappointed with this shop. I came in for a routine oil change and was charged more than last time, because my car is a European vehicle and requires a higher-priced “Euro oil change.” Funny thing is, my previous receipt from this same shop clearly states full synthetic oil change. So which is it? Not only was I charged more today, but now I’m left wondering whether the correct oil was even used the last time. How would any customer even know? That’s a pretty serious concern, because using the wrong oil can cause real engine damage. Instead of taking responsibility, I was given the runaround and offered a discount on a future oil change—which makes absolutely no sense when the issue is that I was already overcharged today. A refund would have been the appropriate response. Now I’m left questioning whether other work they’ve done on my vehicles was done correctly at all. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially because this shop was convenient and easy to get to. Unfortunately, trust matters more than convenience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their vehicle.
