He cut through my tint in multiple areas. Husband asked him “please do not run my card until we figure this out, I need the manager.” Accidents happen so not at all upset. Annoyed but not upset. Manager returned with card swiped and the receipt. Looked at the window, handed my husband the card and said “I need this” and walked back into the office. Returned and said “I refunded $20.” OUT of the $130.44. Never discussed options or replacement costs. The windshield tint is near $500. Husband told them that wouldn’t cover it. May I have a managers contact. Manager, said he was the manager and that’s what he decided. There’s nothing else he would do. My husband asked, who else can I contact about this because this isn’t enough. Manager stated. No one else to talk but he can email JiffyLube. That’s it. Husband drove off. What a terrible interaction. And poor example of leadership and customer service. Again, my husband wasn’t upset or screaming. And maybe that’s why nothing happened. Sad thing, is the manager was training a new employee at the same time. DO NOT GO HERE.
