He suggested that I bring in my car to his shop so that he could check the condition of my car and give me the accurate quote. After going over the entire car, he offered me a lower price because he was being honest to tell me that there were factory applied shields and he wouldn’t have to work on many sections. After they were done applying coating, he took me to the working station again and showed me the final product with detailed explanations. I appreciate Sam and his team for working on my car, and for their outstanding customer service. -Sophie
