  A huge THANK YOU to Chris and the Belle Tire team at the Crystal Lake location. I have a late model Toyota SUV that has been rarely driven in a few years that I kept for my oldest daughter to drive and that time is coming very soon! They did an excellent job of addressing my safety concerns and making the Toyota SUV safe for my daughter to drive and they didn't break the bank doing it, I thought for sure I was going to be bled dry but the pricing was amazing! I also needed tires on my daily driver and Chris and company did not disappoint, got exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price! My youngest daughter will be driving in 3 years and there's also my wife's daily driver, if Belle Tire can do the work, that's the only place I'll be bringing all of our vehicles for service and oil changes!

  I desperately needed a new set of tires and found a good deal at Belle. I had to get a babysitter to watch my child while i went, but I figured it would take long. I made an appointment at 1:30...my car wasn't looked at until almost 3pm. I wanted to like this place so much, but the fact I got there prior to my appointment time, saw multiple people served before me, and the fact I had to pay for a babysitter to stay even longer so I can get these tires done....it put me over the edge. I would not recommend. At least not this location.

  Had a nail in the car and on a Friday night they were able to get the car in and fixed in under an hour.

  I Bought tires online. Couldn't set an appt so I had to call to do it. Brought the truck in and when they finished I started driving and one tire was low on air so instead of going back in I went to the free air in the back of the store to add air. Tried adding air and the machine had a hose leak so it drained the tire even more. Not happy at this point because now I see the tire monitors weren't set correctly either. So I had to go back in and wait again for them to correct it. They did is quickly as I was not happy as I had another appt to get to. If they do tires, do it right the first time please. And fix your air hose or put a sign on it.
