I tried stopping them right when they pulled my car back so it could not be stopped. I know ball joints dont come out that fast! I also asked for the ball joint and arm that was never given to me, I may add. Life lesson learned. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Once they realized they weren't gonna upsell me my tread was too low before they even pulled it in. After reading reviews I guess it was a blessing my car didn't leave my sight.
