Got the car back it drove the same as when I brought it in. Unknowledgeable shift lead tried to get his mechanic to throw car jargon at me when I’m very clearly understanding of their lack of competence and my car’s steering geometry. Only came here to have their machine give me an alignment and they couldn’t do it. Was denied a refund. Will be disputing the charge with my bank.
