Did not attempt to upsell or tack on any hidden fees or magic problems I know they were honest because I'm a mechanic and knee every single thing wrong with the car which they noticed but did not tell one lie it is a breath of fresh air to see professionalism and honesty still at work Erik and his Co worker up front and the whole team did an amazing job ordered four tires and left with four just as I ordered no additional lies or bs clean cut straight forward job as I ordered did the job and was treated well. Great work guys 1000 times better than mavis down the street keep it up!!!
- PDPhil DeLucaNov 4, 20254.0I went to the Crestwood store only because the Alsip Location was not complete and I needed tires , great price fast service and the sales team was very good EXCEPT I was never asked if I wanted regular valve stems or the longer ones , I never paid any attention to them until I had to put air in a low tire the other day getting at the air valve was a challenge , I feel that when selling tires it would be beneficial to the customer if they were asked ,Now I am going to have to buy extenders for my stems which I would have gladly had them install long stems in the first place cost isnt that much extra when you are buying 4 tires and balance with new stems I would consider the sales rep doing the customer a favor by asking a simple question , Long tire stem or regular ,
