    I went in because my steering was shaking. Jonathon the manager was super patient with me and had a tech drive my vehicle and gave me a free safety inspection. He got me back on the road. Great customer service. Will take all my vehicles to Belle tire.

    I visited the Belle Tire location in Crestwood, IL today around 2:30 PM. During my visit, the manager, Jonathan Sibley, used a racial slur toward me and treated me in a hostile and discriminatory manner. I was also treated differently after it became clear that I am a gay man. No customer should ever experience racist language or discrimination based on sexual orientation at a place of business. I am documenting this publicly so corporate leadership is aware and can investigate immediately.

    I visited the Belle Tire location in Crestwood, IL today around 2:30 PM. During my visit, the manager, Jonathan Sibley, used a racial slur toward me and treated me in a hostile and discriminatory manner. I was also treated differently after it became clear that I am a gay man. After leaving, I contacted the Belle Tire location in Matteson, IL and spoke with a manager there who handled my issue professionally and respectfully. This shows that what happened in Crestwood was not company policy but individual misconduct. No customer should ever experience racist language or discrimination based on sexual orientation. I hope corporate leadership investigates this matter immediately.

    Best customer service I’ve ever had ! Bryan smith took my call 5 mins before close stayed late by 30 mins to put the tires on. Would recommend for any upper management . Coorporate please give him a raise and or bonus !

    Had a tire replaced and new Tire Pressure Senors installed. However the tire sensor warning would not reset. Mike, the store manager tried many times and even called for technical support. Their effort and service was extraordinary. The fault indication is due to an internal ford part and not the sensors they installed. However. Mike (store manager) reimbursed me for the sensors installed because they would not reset. He felt that no matter what the underlying problem was. They installed four sensors that did not work. I said they did not have to do that because it was not due to Belle Tire repairs but a problem with my ford and not the sensors and it requires the ford dealer to replace some internal parts. Belle tire and Mike went far and above my expectations. If I could give them more than 5 stars it would be 10 stars. They have a customer forever now.
