  I originally stopped at the Auto Zone in Alsip. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. I needed a fuse for my headlight. They didn't have the fuse I needed, so I was referred to the Crestwood store. Upon entering the lady sitting behind the counter off to the side( which I couldn't see at first) said nothing as I walked in and went up to the counter). Finally she said can I help you. I had to look around to find her. Never stood up or anything. Then I started to ask about my fuse. She said we don't pull fuses you need to bring it in. I informed her the other store told me which I needed already. I showed her the info he wrote on sticky note. She sent me down to find it myself while she talked to me first a distance. From the seat she was still sitting in. I had no idea what I was looking for. She never we got up to help and definitely gave me the energy that she wasn't going to. I walked back to front. She didn't asked if I found it ok or anything. As I sat in my car write this review, another young lady came out and ask did I stll need the fuse. I said never mind, but thank you. I left and went directly across the street to O'Reilly's.

  Absolutely the worst experience of my life, 40 minutes arguing with and employee that refused to listen until someone else told him the exact thing i was saying. I felt like I was on a tv show getting pranked I couldn't believe anyone was so incompetent. I told this kid about 10 times the part was discontinued over 20 minutes, he then walked to a computer and said "Oh its discontinued" as if he just found it out himself. I bought a new duralast gold starter and they refused to warranty it for the correct part because it was discontinued. They would only give me a remanufactured part instead of the newer model of the duralast gold NEW starter the warranty was for. I did not purchase a reman starter I purchased a new starter my warranty is for a NEW starter. I will never go here again go to the 104 and cicero location where the employees actually know what they're doing.

  Auto Zone has been a reliable source for auto supplies. If you're in extreme winter conditions, they can handle various supplies other drive up supply stores don't.
