  Don’t bring your Tesla here as far as glass replacement, that gets done but everything else and every specific step that has to be taken for Tesla vehicle was done very poorly or just not done at all…after my replacement my vehicle was returned and upon inspecting the vehicle it was in a condition that was no where near close as when I dropped the car off there wire dirt scuff and prints everywhere throughout my interior, broken accessories…and most importantly I had to stop at a parking lot to clip back in the plastic trims outside near the windshield that were removed when replacing the glass all the plastic trims were unaligned and most of the clips weren’t even clipped in, also had a missing hinge hood cover that wasnt put back on…. Very very unprofessional job was done, they have no Tesla vehicle trained techs there don’t let them convince you otherwise.. very important steps were missed or ignored while the vehicle was in service mode that had to be updated in the systems computer that I had to end up doing myself

  Safelite in Crest Hill was very good. I had service at the Oak Lawn branch previously and they were terrible, so go to Crest Hill

  I highly recommend Safelite! Everyone I spoke to at this location was so helpful, professional, and kind! I stopped in for an estimate they were so busy, but they took time to help me. I called later that day to order my new windshield and two days later it was installed! They came to my house which is about an hour away from their office for no extra charge! I couldn't believe it! Especially now that gas is over $4 a gallon! The tech was also very pleasant, professional and kind. He was also very experienced and did an outstanding job replacing the windshield. I was so stressed about getting the cracked windshield replaced, but they made the experience stress free and simple for me. They came when they said they would and did what they promised. I'm very happy with the experience and highly recommend them!

  Ease of booking the appointment and customer service at the front desk were very good , but craftsmanship of the technician that replaced the front windshield on my 2010 Lexus RX350 is extremely poor. Damaged passenger side interior fabric near the windshield , seal on the driver side is not installed correctly leaving a big gap doesnt match the passenger side seal . I wonder if it will seal right during the rain or a car wash and channel the water correctly. Also passenger side plastic parts on the outside of the vehicle weren't snapped and secured in place , risking to fly off while driving . Obviously the windshield replacement was made by someone that doesnt take pride in his work , careless and has poor skills or maybe just lacks good training . Damaging customers vehicle is a big no-no and not telling about it is even worse . Im very disappointed. I would not recommend .

  I had a crack in my windshield from a rock. Safelite in Crestwood was able to replace the windshield the next day and completed the work in under 3 hours
