- LLLizbethJul 21, 20254.0Update: I am pleased that the issue was resolved just a few hours after the company was made aware of the review. The gentleman was professional, apologized and made the situation right. No company is perfect, however when they are made aware and quickly rectify a situation that says a lot. I am changing my 1 star to a 4. Original review: Employee was calling all day every day, acting so helpful, until the money was paid (and I'm assuming Kristen got her commission) then she was no longer available. She entered the wrong VIN so the wrong vehicle was put on the account. Tried to absolutely no avail to get it changed. We couldn't get a hold of Kristen to save our lives. Emails and voice mails are still going unanswered. Spoke to someone else at the company, he changed the vehicle from the wrong make and model of truck to now an Airstream?! However we are still being badgered to sign the lease. A lease isn't getting signed when its stating the wrong vehicle. So yeah maybe think about using another company. Can't say much for the actual product, but I can say if you did need assistance with it I wouldn't count on getting it from them. Do your research and find a good product AND good customer service. This ain't the one, fam.

As for the product in which they install is HORRIBLE I do not suggest getting this item put on your vehical. First I'm not the intended person who needs this however the greedy state of IL requires every vehical registered in the persons name has to have a blower. 2nd they put this machine on your vehical not even checking if you can work it first and once its on you can't get it off until you have a new one put on and removal is approved from secretary of state so your vehical doesn't start and now your calling for a ride while your car sits there. 3rd it's blow suck blow which is impossible for most when on the other vehical we have a smart start which is 1 blow with humming very simple get it everytime and it is cheaper by $100 to have installed. 4th just waiting to hear that some innocent person who just needed a lower interest rate was killed in a crash trying not to pass out while driving and doing the intoxalock. Remember install and removals all cost money so I paid to get it on now pay to take it off and pay smart start to get a new one put back on so I can drive my car.
