Update: I am pleased that the issue was resolved just a few hours after the company was made aware of the review.
The gentleman was professional, apologized and made the situation right.
No company is perfect, however when they are made aware and quickly rectify a situation that says a lot.
I am changing my 1 star to a 4.
Original review:
Employee was calling all day every day, acting so helpful, until the money was paid (and I'm assuming Kristen got her commission) then she was no longer available.
She entered the wrong VIN so the wrong vehicle was put on the account. Tried to absolutely no avail to get it changed.
We couldn't get a hold of Kristen to save our lives. Emails and voice mails are still going unanswered.
Spoke to someone else at the company, he changed the vehicle from the wrong make and model of truck to now an Airstream?! However we are still being badgered to sign the lease. A lease isn't getting signed when its stating the wrong vehicle.
So yeah maybe think about using another company. Can't say much for the actual product, but I can say if you did need assistance with it I wouldn't count on getting it from them.
Do your research and find a good product AND good customer service. This ain't the one, fam.

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock
How does an interlock device work?
An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. To read more on Intoxalock, you can read our ignition interlock device guide.
What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
The installation of an ignition interlock device, often called a car breathalyzer, typically costs between $70 and $150. This one-time fee is paid at the start of your lease and covers the service center's labor to install the device in your vehicle. Payment is made directly to the service center at the time of installation. For more on cost breakdowns, you can read our cost of ignition interlock device guide.
How do I use my interlock device?
Using an IID is simple. To start your vehicle, blow into the device as directed. If the device detects no alcohol, your car will start. You may be prompted for "rolling retests" while driving, where you’ll blow into the device again to confirm compliance. How-to videos are also available on the Intoxalock mobile app.

Installing an ignition interlock device typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on your vehicle type. Certified technicians ensure the device is properly installed and provide you with training on how to use it. Contact Intoxalock for an appointment and an accurate time estimate for your installation.
What happens if I fail a breath test on my ignition interlock device?
If you fail a breath test, your vehicle will not start, and the device will log the event. Depending on your state’s regulations, multiple failed tests may trigger additional penalties, such as lockouts or reporting to your monitoring authority. Intoxalock devices allow you to retest after a short wait if alcohol is no longer detected. Always follow your state’s guidelines to remain compliant.
Can I install an ignition interlock device in a vehicle I don’t own?
Yes, in most cases, you can install an ignition interlock device in a vehicle you regularly drive, even if you’re not the registered owner. However, the vehicle owner must provide consent for the installation. Intoxalock works with you and the owner to ensure compliance with state regulations and the successful setup of the device.
