- TLTina LezonMar 11, 20261.0Terrible company. Neighborhood was hit with hail damage and they are trying to make me pay for the damage. I was not offered insurance through enterprise. When given the car, they did not do a full inspection like they did when the car was taken back. The young girl acted as if she was the owner of the company and as if the car was hers the way she was examining it. Ridiculous! Do not go here.

- MMMs. Clara- Mini MusiciansFeb 23, 20265.0I did not think I'd have such a great experience at a car rental company that I'd feel drawn to write a review, but from beginning to end, this was just so easy and seamless, despite me having last minute changes more than once. I primarily worked with Nina, and she was so accommodating during my indecisiveness about the potential of extending my 15-passenger van rental by a day due to various family circumstances. I completely see how I could have been perceived as the annoying, high-maintenance customer, calling numerous times with additional questions. But in fact, it was the opposite. We were both laughing and joking about it, and in the end, she truly went over and beyond to make sure that the van I needed was available for an extended day (clearly having to shift a few things around to make that happen). Also, I did a decent amount of research ahead of time, and this was absolutely the most economically friendly option for renting a large passenger van. This is an annual event, so I'll skip the research next year and go straight to Enterprise. Thank you to Nina and her team! Everyone was great!
