I primarily worked with Nina, and she was so accommodating during my indecisiveness about the potential of extending my 15-passenger van rental by a day due to various family circumstances. I completely see how I could have been perceived as the annoying, high-maintenance customer, calling numerous times with additional questions. But in fact, it was the opposite. We were both laughing and joking about it, and in the end, she truly went over and beyond to make sure that the van I needed was available for an extended day (clearly having to shift a few things around to make that happen). Also, I did a decent amount of research ahead of time, and this was absolutely the most economically friendly option for renting a large passenger van. This is an annual event, so I'll skip the research next year and go straight to Enterprise. Thank you to Nina and her team! Everyone was great!

They picked me up from home but when they were going to drop me off they told me they only drove up to 5 miles and they couldn't take you to the body shop the difference was 1.4 miles and I had to ride with others waiting for a ride.
