  It took over an hour at this last visit for some reason, but I’m always happy with the services provided, so while it was a bit tiring after working all day and not ideal, it was worth it. The employees there are always genuinely friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs, and they never give me a hard sell for extra services/products. They make recommendations, but they explain it all clearly, and they’re mindful of budget concerns and suggest what should maybe be my priority then if I choose an extra service. I am a single woman who knows very little about cars, and I feel that they understand that and give me the best advice and services. I trust the Collinsville, IL. Valvoline.

  Clint, the manager and his staff displayed professionalism, attention to detail and teamwork. On the second day of Spring they were busy but I feel they gave my two vehicles the upmost attention. Collinsville location may not be the closest but I will drive there for the service

  Five star treatment by the manager, Clint. I won’t take our three cars anywhere else. I know we can trust him with any of our car needs. He is knowledgeable and experienced and answers all of my questions and/or concerns. Always looks out for his clients and always wears a smile. Great experience because of this highly efficient person!!!

  It is always an amazing experience coming to this location.. (Collinsville Illinois)what really amazed me on this particular visit was how engaged and knowledgeable January was and sooo friendly … I was so happy I came and she Served us …I highly recommend you check this location out and have her service you..

  Service was okay but something strange happened. I waited for an hour to pull in & have a service. A woman did my diagnostics, she was nice but pushy and tried selling everything- whatever. The weird part was she opened my passenger door without asking me, opened my glove box without asking or explaining why- and took it apart. She then pulled out an air filter. I keep records and sometimes cash in my glove box, others keep weapons. Why in the world would vavoline find it okay to open this without permission? Opening someone’s glove box is like opening someone’s safe. Many new cars glove boxes now include locks or codes. Then she left me for like 20-30 mins hanging, the guys saw me looking around, they apologized because they had no idea where she left off on my car and she gave them no details before running off. Because i waited so long, they just finished it, checked me out and i drove off. She was still never back by the time i left.
