- BIBritini I6 days ago1.0Techs did not properly take off or put back my protective plastic and metal splash shield/skid plate under my 2023 SUV during oil change. This caused it to come loose while driving and damaged the metal skid plate. Vehicle had to be towed to a shop and mechanic observed 5 bolts missing. The costumer service was poor. I could hear the techs under my car cursing and appeared to struggle taking off protective plastic and metal splash pad. I was told they had to replace some of the bolts. The tech who checked me in and out kept complaining about wanting to go home even though I arrived before closing time.
