  Great and efficient service and customer service. Dropped my car off at 8 with an issue I couldn't pin down. My car was fixed and ready for pickup within a couple of hours. Thank you!

  Their work is solid and they show me exactly what’s necessary and what’s a matter of comfort, but could wait if I don’t have the money for everything all at once. I trust them for their opinion, and I trust them for a second opinion if the dealership gives me a whole laundry list of things that they think need to be done thank you Tuffy. You’re the best!

  I have trusted Tuffy for more than 20 years. I trust them above what the dealership tells me because they either take lots of pictures or walk me out to the car and really show me what’s necessary for safety and what are the other things that are really just more about comfort and could wait if I want to wait. They give me a choice at Tuffy and their price is a fraction of what the dealership tries to charge me.

  I brought my car here with my boyfriend for an inspection after a road trip because the shop had great Google reviews and seemed friendly. The staff member who helped us was polite, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Several issues with my car appeared overstated, while other problems that should have been caught during an inspection were missed. I was quoted about $1.2k for bearings and told my brakes were rust-pitted and grooved, despite having replaced them within the past year. The recommended repairs totaled nearly $2k, and I later discovered a loose sway bar that was not identified during the inspection. I also had to ask them to properly reassembled my trunk before leaving. In general, I left feeling uncomfortable with the inspection and pricing and chose to take my car to another shop. I recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with repairs here.
