    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. I had a confirmed reservation, card on file, and showed up to the office and it was locked. An employee showed up after 25 minutes and told me “I had no chance of getting a truck today”. He proceeded to laugh that I made the reservation the day before and said I was on “a waitlist”. I had a fully confirmed, guaranteed reservation. I will be telling my friends and family to avoid Penske like the plague. Awful awful awful

    Made reservation for truck at this location one month before move date. Arrived at location and no truck/no employees. Was sent to another Penske location 20 min away, but that location did not have furniture pads (as reserved) for truck. Very poor customer service.

    Posted longer review at Penske location at Addison and Kimball, but this was the original location I was set to pick up my truck. I set a reservation which they changed the location the day before and after showing up to the new location and several phone calls with Penske customer service, it turns out they didn't have a truck for me even though I had my reservation confirmed 3 times. Due to this company, I had to overstay my welcome at my old apartment and rush to move the next day. Do yourself a favor and use U-Haul
